As a Consultant, you will support our clients to implement effective money laundering prevention mechanisms using our software to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and minimize the risk of money laundering activities in their business.

Responsibilities

• Advise tax firms, auditors and lawyers on the development and implementation of effective money laundering prevention strategies and procedures
• Assessing existing systems, processes and policies to prevent money laundering and identifying potential weaknesses
• Developing and updating risk assessments with regard to money laundering activities, especially in the tax environment
• Creating training programs and conducting training for tax firm staff to raise awareness of money laundering prevention
• Supporting the implementation and use of our money laundering prevention software solution
• Reviewing transactions and suspected cases in connection with money laundering and initiating appropriate measures
• Updating and complying with the relevant legal provisions and regulations on money laundering prevention

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, law, economics or a similar field of study
• Experience in money laundering prevention, ideally in the tax environment or in advising tax law firms would be desirable
• Sound knowledge of national and international regulations and best practices for money laundering prevention
• Ability to analyze complex information, assess risks and propose appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication and training skills to convey complex concepts in an understandable way
• Analytical thinking and the ability to proactively address problems and find solutions
